We ship in the continental United States only, via USPS.
We ship year-round (as able) except for the last three weeks of December.
Botanica Ltd. is in Missoula, Montana. In the cold weather (October to April), your plants will be packaged with extra packing, bubble wrap, and a 40-hour heat pack (as needed) just to get out of Montana safely.
Currently, our +*USPS Priority Mail+* packages are trucked to Great Falls, Montana, and then flown to Memphis for distribution. If it’s below 20°F here or in Great Falls, we don’t ship. If Memphis temperatures are chilly (and delays are expected), we don’t ship.
If it’s cold where you are, we recommend adding a 72-hour heat pack(s) for $4 each.

USPS Express Mail* packages are flown directly to Memphis from Missoula. Though more expensive, it’s an excellent safety precaution if temperatures are extreme where you are.
We will hold plants up to 3 weeks after payment if you’re concerned about extreme temperatures (hot or cold).

Damage:* We pack items extremely well, so if the package and item(s) are damaged, please notify us immediately. Be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for submitting a claim to USPS. They require photos of the damaged item(s) AND packaging materials.
