Description

Capanemia superflua [formerly uliginosa]

We purchased our first plant as Capanemia uliginosa at the 1999 World Orchid Conference. They are a small (some may say miniature), terete-leaved plant that produces an inflorescense with MANY delicate little flowers. They are native to southern Brasil and northern Argentina. We grow ours amidst our Aerangis in intermediate light and temperatures. They are lovely little plants that just get better with age!

The mounted seedling shown in Brenda’s hand is representative of what you’ll receive.
