Aerangis somalensis - Image coming soon!

We haven’t got our own image for this [YET], and most of the images that are shown on the internet are NOT really Aerangis somalensis.

Check back—we'll have a photo very soon!

Aerangis somalensis
These are rare and wonderful beauty that are not readily available, and we’re VERY excited about them. These are native to Ethiopia, Kenya (+). They prefer it on the bright side (for aerangis), and need a rather pronounced winter dormancy (drier). These do not have to be very large to reach blooming size, and we're told that mature plants often bloom twice per year (ours are not yet "mature"). Isobyl la Croix recommends growing these mounted because their thick roots tend to rot when potted. We’ve followed her advice and they’re doing beautifully!
