Tillandsia cyanea - It’s common name is “Pink Quill”

 Tillandsia cyanea
Native to Ecuador. It is one of the few tillandsias that grows best when potted, though it may also be grown mounted. If potted, it must be in a free-draining soil (i.e. add perlite or orchid bark to your potting soil). It has a large showy bloom; a hot pink spike with purple flowers. Each purple flower lasts 1-3 days, and it continues to produce the flowers for 1-3 months. Some have a cinnamon-clove fragrance—especially in the morning.
